Our Pre-Acquisition Services are vital for anyone considering a property purchase regardless of whether it includes an extension, renovation or complete replacement. Our services cover, all types of Building Surveys, Site Appraisals & Feasibility Studies and, where necessary, Party Wall Awards.

Project Planning

Effective Project Planning will mean the difference between a good project and an exceptional one. Our services, covering Design, Town Planning Applications and all associated Pre Construction Preparation, allows us to interpret your vision and turn it into a reality.

Production – the building phase

Our Production services cover every aspect of the physical build including Construction Phase Management and Contract Administration. This includes managing contractors, monitoring cash flow, facilitating progress meetings and completing regular inspections to keep the project on track.

Property Performance
