Tim, our Principal Surveyor, is a recognised industry expert in self and custom build developments. He’s a regular speaker at industry conferences and has been hosting training workshops and seminars for over 20 years. Tim is used to working with TV personalities and has developed seminars and workshops for many of the popular exhibitions.

Since 2012, Tim has written a monthly feature for Build It Magazine, covering many aspects of self and custom build housing. You can read some of these in our Articles section. He’s produced articles and reports for individual companies and industry organisations.
