Dobanti Chartered Surveyors is based in Tunbridge Wells and is an independent, RICS regulated surveying practice providing high quality building surveys and a wide range of other property related services to both residential and commercial clients throughout the South East and London.
We are passionate about what we do and work hard to ensure that our clients feel totally confident that they are in good hands. We love old and complex buildings, fault diagnosis and heritage investigations but equally feel just as comfortable with modern and contemporary design and the assessment of high specification, energy efficient building fabric.
We have carried out hundreds of building surveys on all types of property including London penthouses, listed buildings, properties dating back to the fourteenth century, partially completed new builds, flatted developments, farm complexes, large country houses and old stone manors, not forgetting typical family homes both old and new, large and small, flats and houses.
