Our mosaic below provides a representative collection of our client work. All entries have been anonymised but the key aspects of each instruction have been featured. In cases where clients have spontaneously provided appreciative comments, these have also been included. Since 2013 we have undertaken over 600 pre-acquisition building surveys of varying types with an aggregate property value of over £625m plus well over 250 limited building inspections, dilapidations, party wall instructions, expert witness and dispute resolution cases. During this time, we have also been involved in numerous substantial projects including large new builds, whole house refurbishments, multiple extensions and a number of barn conversions.
